Why Choose Appetite Suppressants Made of Hoodia Gordonii?
Hoodia Gordonii is very well loved natural appetite suppressant and Hoodia appetite suppressants are pills which contains this plant. My focus will be on products which consist only of real Hoodia Gordonii as many weight loss pills use name Hoodia to promote themselves but very few really have it in them.
First I need to give reasons for what appetite suppressants are. It’s very simple; weight loss in this case is achieved by suppressing the appetite. Appetite is reduced (suppressed) so you eat less which equals in fewer calories. Accompanied by physical activity, appetite suppression can be very effective way of losing weight.
Let’s look at Hoodia … Hoodia or Hoodia Gordonii, South African succulent plant, was found in’77 by British scientists. It drew their attention with its natural appetite suppression ability and potential of using it as a cure for obesity. Was learned that ingredient called P57 in Hoodia is responsible for appetite suppression and later it was isolated and patented. Only few licensees can wild-harvest Hoodia Gordonii in our days which makes it even more valuable.
Over centuries, South African natives were using meat of Hoodia Gordonii to suppress their appetite during their hunting trips. This was the reason why Hoodia was noticed and that’s why many efforts were place into this research because it proved its effectiveness.
Side effects and diet pills go hand in hand and vital is to find safest manufactured goods and products containing 100% Hoodia Gordonii are safe enough. Anyway, few restrictions apply to consumers. If you’re experiencing liver problems then it’s better to dodge using Hoodia appetite suppressants or at least consult with your doctor. P57 on its own is completely safe by other ingredients from which it can’t be isolated may cause some unwanted effects.
People with diabetes also are advised to be careful and to consult their doctors before using Hoodia appetite suppressants or any appetite suppressants. Reason to that is that brain hunger signals are switched off and changes in blood sugar levels might not be noticed. Also breastfeeding and pregnant women should stay away from these pills.
From Hoodia appetite suppressants available on the market now I would recommend to have a closer look at Pure Hoodia and Unique Hoodia pills because they contain pure Hoodia Gordonii and are as safe as this type of pills can be.

Dear John
By and large you are right in your reference to Hoodia Gordonii as it really does depend on which manufactured goods containing Hoodia Gordonii you buy/use.
Unfortunately, unscrupulous trading practices have seen this wonderful plant become the subject of controversy as all products with the exclusion of GCT products, now contain other substances.
In our trials, we found that by using the entire plant and not just isolating the P57, and putting it through our DCD process, we are able to break the cell structures down to a molecular level making the plant as a whole more effective.
We have also been able to determine and prove that the use of the plant as a whole leads to some remarkable benefits such as lowered blood pressure, lowered cholesterol as well as stabilisation of blood sugars which overall promotes better sleeping habits, better focus, improved bowel movements and appetite control rather than suppression. Just as a note of interst, the P57 active ingredient was patented by the South African CSIR. Hope you find this helpful – kind regards Kaz
